坂上-沢野先生、宮脇先生(理研BSI)により開発されたFucci probeをNestin promter/enhancer制御下に発現する。

mKO2-hCdt1(30-120) probeはcell-cycle phaseのG1/G0期をオレンジ色蛍光で標識する。

神経幹細胞のcell-cycle phaseの標識に有用である。
